Pre/Post-Sales Support Consultant

We are currently recruiting a pre/post-sales support consultant. The successful individual will have either a software development background or operational experience together with strong application (Excel etc) skills. You should also have exposure to basic project management disciplines and experience of working within a small team and solo. Basic Investment Banking knowledge, specifically of middle and back office processes will be an advantage.

The role will involve a wide variety of activities:

Pre-Sales - mainly focussed on proof of concept/pilot projects:

• Capturing requirements during the sales process, and clearly re-stating requirements to gain client agreement.
• Configuring our software to ensure the client sees its applicability to meet their needs.
• Undertaking workshop activities, performing demonstrations and supporting the sales process on an increasing basis as experience grows.

Post-Sales - product implementation and support:

• Working as a team member involved in product implementations together with staff from WSI and our clients, using product and business knowledge to meet project deadlines. Tasks will cover documentation, training materials, product configuration and definition of enhancements.
• On-going involvement in support activities, including dealing with client requests for support and maintenance, and engaging with customers on a planned basis to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
